Our horses

Home Our horses
In our centre we have Maremmano, Bardigiano, Quarter horse, Quarab, Arabian horse, Anglo-Arab horse, English and Irish thoroughbreds.

They are the real protagonists!!!

Our horses, with their high sense of reliability, are able to “take care ” of riders of different levels of experience.

zaira
luser
Zaira and Luser
Both are Maremma horses, Italian breed that developed in the area between Tuscany and northern Lazio and whose origins date back probably to the Etruscans. They are robust, resistent, generous and a have a “safe foot” and soft gaits. Luser is patient, helpful, experienced and has a shy character. Zaira is very curious, affectionate and reflexive towards its riders … She trys to understand who you are.
julius
Julius
An Irish thoroughbreed, very affectionate and curious towards everything and everybody. Julius was a Polo player in the past, he is very fast, but even very simple with comfortable gaits. He is always very attentive and trys to meet the riders requests. Self-assured in the country side and in any other situation. That’s a lot!
tornado
Tornado
He is a Quarab horse, a cross of a Quarter horse and an Arabian thoroughbreed. In the country-side he’s very curious, he observes everything, he has the patience of a Quarter horse and the right brilliance of an Arab horse. Very helpful even working in arena.
ripy
Ripy
This young lady is a Quarter horse with a calm and patient character, very sensitive to the smallest request of the rider; sometimes it seems she can read the riders thoughts.
lillos
Lillos
He is an Anglo Arab horse, cross between an English thoroughbreed and an Arabian horse. He joined up several preselctions for the Palio of Siena, what makes him seem a nevrile subject and suitable only for experienced riders. However, he isn’t. He adapts himself to any kind of rider with his extraordinary sensibility and forgives even some small mistakes. A real gentleman!
Camilla
She is a Bardigiano, Italian breed that developed in the area between Tuscany and Emilia. She is the most clever of the group. Her nickname is Houdini. She can dissolve knots, open her fence and those of the other horses. She thinks, she tries and she gets it done! Trips are for her the opportunaty to eat everything, but she is a real tractor, tireless and safe. She’s a bit like a cartoon.
noh
Noh
He is an Arabian horse with an unusual name, indeed we call him Chicco. He is small, but a beautiful model and he feels kind of aristocratic. His gaits are soft and he’s very attentive to his riders. He joined endurance races, that’s why he feels at home in the country side.
bianchina
Bianchina
Her breed is a mystery, but her sweet character is for sure, as well as her sensitivity and her safety during rides in the country-side and in arena. She is the classic “teacher”. She can be lively on request and it seems she has an on/off button.
Isabel
She’s the old one of the group, an American trotter and we took her to save her from an inglorious end. Trained with saddle, she can do short trips even with kids. She gives confidence even to the most frightened.
harmony
peter-paul
Harmony and Peter Paul
They are the two plushies of our centre, mother and son, loved by the kids. Harmony is trained with saddle. She is “patience in horse” and with kids there is a great need for! Peter was born in 2016 and he’s too young to start training, but as he’s a male, he feels very “Casanova”.
